Nev. Rev. Stat. § 640E.130 – Board authorized to establish Dietitian Advisory Group

1. The Board may establish a Dietitian Advisory Group consisting of persons familiar with the practice of dietetics to provide the Board and the Division with expertise and assistance in carrying out their duties pursuant to this chapter. If a Dietitian Advisory Group is established, the Board shall:
1. (a) Determine the number of members;
2. (b) Appoint the members;
3. (c) Establish the terms of the members; and
4. (d) Determine the duties of the Dietitian Advisory Group.
2. Members of a Dietitian Advisory Group established pursuant to subsection 1 serve without compensation.
