1. 1. The Board shall prepare and maintain a separate list of:

   1. (a) The licensees.
   2. (b) The applicants for a license.
   3. (c) The licensees whose licenses have been revoked or suspended within the preceding year.
2. 2. The Board shall, upon request, disclose the information included in each list and may charge a fee for a copy of a list.

3. 3. The Board shall:

   1. (a) Prepare and maintain a record of its proceedings and transactions;
   2. (b) Adopt a seal of which each court in this State shall take judicial notice; and
   3. (c) Enforce the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
