Nev. Rev. Stat. § 640B.190 – Election of Chair; meetings; quorum

1. The Board shall:
1. (a) Elect from its members a Chair at the first meeting of each year; and
2. (b) Meet at least three times each year at the call of the Chair of the Board, or upon the written request of at least three members of the Board.
2. A majority of the members of the Board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of the business of the Board.
