“Agency” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1995
(Added to NRS by 1995, 1675)
“Agency” means:
1. A law enforcement agency;
2. An animal control agency; or
3. A society for the prevention of cruelty to animals which is in compliance with the provisions of
chapter 574
of NRS.
