The Board shall provide to:

1. 1. Each optometrist who has complied with the requirements adopted by the Board pursuant to NRS 636.287, a certificate to administer and prescribe pharmaceutical agents.
2. 2. The State Board of Pharmacy the name of each optometrist it certifies pursuant to this section.
