Examination: Prohibition on participation of member of Board who represents general public in preparing, conducting or grading examination
Effective Oct 1, 2019[42:208:1955] + [43:208:1955]—(NRS A 2019, 3643)
The member of the Board who is a representative of the general public shall not participate in preparing, conducting or grading any examination required by the Board.
