Nev. Rev. Stat. § 636.090 – Employees; counsel

1. The Board may employ:
1. (a) Agents and inspectors to secure evidence of, and report on, violations of this chapter.
2. (b) Attorneys, investigators, consultants and other professional and clerical personnel necessary to administer this chapter.
2. The Attorney General may act as counsel for the Board subject to the provisions of NRS 622A.200.
