- 1. If the Division receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420, a hearing must be held pursuant to regulations adopted by the Board, with the advice of the Advisory Board, to consider the contents of the report.
- 2. The Board, with the advice of the Advisory Board, shall adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
