Nev. Rev. Stat. § 633.438
1. If a person licensed to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is not applying to renew his or her license and wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS, the person must:

If a person licensed as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter pays the biennial simultaneous license renewal fee for a physician assistant established pursuant to NRS 633.501 in accordance with subparagraph (1) of paragraph (b) of subsection 1 but does not pay the fee for application for and issuance of a simultaneous license as a physician assistant established pursuant to NRS 630.268 within 1 year after the next time the person renews his or her license pursuant to this chapter:
