Nev. Rev. Stat. § 633.4332
1. A person applying for a license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS must:

If a person who applies for a license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter indicates that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS and pays the application and initial simultaneous license fee for a physician assistant established pursuant to NRS 633.501 but does not pay the fee for application for and issuance of a simultaneous license as a physician assistant established pursuant to NRS 630.268 within 1 year after the issuance of his or her license pursuant to this chapter:
(a) The State Board of Osteopathic Medicine shall notify the person that he or she is required to pay to the Board the difference between:
