Each license to practice osteopathic medicine issued by the Board:

1. 1. Shall bear a seal adopted by the Board and the signatures of its President and Secretary; and
2. 2. Authorizes the holder to practice osteopathic medicine so long as it is kept in force by appropriate renewal and is not revoked or suspended.
