Nev. Rev. Stat. § 630A.130

Oaths or affirmations of office

Effective Oct 1, 1987(Added to NRS by 1983, 1481; A 1987, 2058)

Before entering upon the duties of office, each member of the Board shall take:

1. The constitutional oath or affirmation of office; and
2. An oath or affirmation that the member is legally qualified to serve on the Board.
