1. 1. The Board shall prescribe by regulation the:

   1. (a) Methods of applying for an examination;
   2. (b) Methods of completing an examination, including grading and the requirements to pass the examination; and
   3. (c) Education required to be eligible to take an examination.
2. 2. The Board may use an examination from any provider as approved by the Board.
