Nev. Rev. Stat. § 624.840
“Contractor” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2021(Added to NRS by 2021, 1052)
“Contractor” means a person licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who performs work concerning residential photovoltaic systems used to produce electricity.
