The Board shall adopt regulations concerning the:

1. 1. Form of a written citation issued pursuant to NRS 624.341;
2. 2. Time required for a person to correct a condition resulting from an act that constitutes a violation of this chapter or the regulations of the Board if the person is so ordered pursuant to NRS 624.341; and

3. 3. Imposition of an administrative fine pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The Board shall consider:

   1. (a) The gravity of the violation;
   2. (b) The good faith of the person; and
   3. (c) Any history of previous violations of the provisions of this chapter by the person.
