1. 1. At each annual meeting of the Board, the members shall:

   1. (a) Elect a President and a Secretary; and
   2. (b) Appoint an Executive Director.
2. 2. The President and the Secretary of the Board serve without additional compensation.
3. 3. The Executive Director must not be a member of the Board and is entitled to a salary fixed by the Board.

4. 4. The Executive Director shall:

   1. (a) Keep an accurate record of all proceedings of the Board;
   2. (b) Maintain custody of the official seal;
   3. (c) Maintain a file containing the names and addresses of all holders of certificates of registration and certificates to practice as a landscape architect intern;
   4. (d) Submit to the Board each application for a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern that is filed with the Board;
   5. (e) If a holder of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern has violated any provision of this chapter, file a complaint with the Attorney General; and
   6. (f) Perform any other duties assigned by the Board.
