1. 1. In November of each year, the Board shall meet to organize and elect officers as provided in this chapter.

2. 2. The Board shall:

   1. (a) Adopt regulations governing the examination of applicants for certificates to practice architecture, interior design or residential design in this State.
   2. (b) Adopt such other regulations as may be necessary and proper, not inconsistent with this chapter.
