“Partition” means a wall which does not:

1. 1. Support a vertical load of a structure other than its own weight;
2. 2. Separate interior areas of a structure which are designed for different uses;
3. 3. Support a structure; and
4. 4. Extend further than from the floor of an interior area of a structure designed for human habitation or occupancy to the ceiling of that structure.
