Meetings; quorum

Effective Oct 1, 2023(Added to NRS by 1999, 3378; A 2001, 2256; 2023, 3265)

1. The Appeals Panel shall meet at the times and places specified by a call of the Chair or the Commissioner.
2. Four members of the Appeals Panel constitute a quorum to transact all business, and a majority of those present must concur on any decision.
