As used in NRS 608.300 to 608.330, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. “Artist” means an actor, actress, musician, dancer or athlete.
2. 2. “Production” means a stage production, concert, trade show, exhibition, convention or sporting event. The term includes the technical personnel used to create and produce the production.
3. 3. “Producer-promoter-employer” means a natural person who, or a firm, association or corporation which, supervises or finances a production or attempts to organize a production.
