Nev. Rev. Stat. § 604A.720 – Authority of Commissioner to require attendance of witnesses and production of books and records

1. The Commissioner may require the attendance of any person and examine him or her under oath regarding:
1. (a) Any check-cashing service or loan service regulated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; or
2. (b) The subject matter of any audit, examination, investigation or hearing.
2. The Commissioner may require the production of books, accounts, papers and records for any audit, examination, investigation or hearing.
