1. 1. “Internet or any other computer network” means:

   1. (a) The computer network commonly known as the Internet and any other local, regional or global computer network that is similar to or is a predecessor or successor of the Internet; and
   2. (b) Any identifiable site on the Internet or such other computer network.

2. 2. The term includes, without limitation:

   1. (a) A website or other similar site on the World Wide Web;
   2. (b) A site that is identifiable through a Uniform Resource Location;
   3. (c) A site on a computer network that is owned, operated, administered or controlled by a provider of Internet service;
   4. (d) An electronic bulletin board;
   5. (e) A list server;
   6. (f) A newsgroup; or
   7. (g) A chat room.
