Nev. Rev. Stat. § 600.450 – Unlawful acts; penalty

1. It is unlawful for any person or corporation:
1. (a) To imitate any mark registered as provided in NRS 600.240 to 600.450, inclusive;
2. (b) To use knowingly any counterfeit or imitation thereof;
3. (c) To use or display such genuine mark unless authorized to do so; or
4. (d) To use or display such genuine mark in a manner not authorized by the registrant.
2. Any person violating any provision of subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
