Authority of Attorney General to issue investigative demand

Nothing in NRS 598A.290 to 598A.430, inclusive, limits the power of the Attorney General to issue an investigative demand in connection with an investigation of a suspected violation of the provisions of this chapter pursuant to NRS 598A.100.
