“Practitioner” means a physician licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS, physician assistant, genetic counselor, licensed nurse, dispensing optician, optometrist, practitioner of respiratory care, licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist, licensed psychologist or perfusionist.
