When used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. “Commodity” means any goods, merchandise, wares, produce, chose in action, patents, trademarks, articles of commerce, or other tangible or intangible property, real, personal, or mixed, for use, consumption, enjoyment or resale.
2. 2. “Service” means any activity performed or benefit conferred for the purpose of economic gain.
3. 3. “Trade or commerce” includes all economic activity involving or relating to any commodity or service.
