1. 1. Any commercial fertilizer or agricultural mineral offered for sale, sold or distributed in this state in bags, barrels or other containers shall have placed or affixed to the container in written or printed form the net weight and the information required by paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection 1 of NRS 588.180 or subsection 4 of NRS 588.190 either:

   1. (a) On tags affixed to the end of the package between the ears or on the sewed end; or
   2. (b) Directly on the package, in which case, for bags containing 50 pounds or more, the grade shall appear also on the end of the package in type that is plainly legible.
2. 2. If distributed in bulk, a written or printed statement of the weight and the information required by paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection 1 of NRS 588.180 or subsection 4 of NRS 588.190 shall accompany delivery and be supplied to the purchaser.
