The labeling of containers for seeds of vegetables in containers of 1 pound or less must state, in addition to the requirements of NRS 587.091:

1. 1. The name of the kind and variety of the seed.

2. 2. For seeds which germinate less than the standard established in the regulations adopted under paragraph (c) of subsection 1 of NRS 587.083:

   1. (a) The percentage of germination, exclusive of hard seed;
   2. (b) The percentage of hard seed, if present;
   3. (c) The month and year the test for germination was completed; and
   4. (d) The words, “below standard,” in not less than 8-point type.
3. 3. The name and address of the person who labeled the seed, or who sells or offers the seed for sale within this state.
4. 4. The name and rate of occurrence per pound of each kind of seed of restricted noxious weeds present in the container.
