Nev. Rev. Stat. § 587.037
“Kind” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1969(Added to NRS by 1969, 355)
“Kind” means one or more related species or subspecies which singly or collectively are known by one common name, for example, corn, oats, alfalfa and timothy.
