Nev. Rev. Stat. § 587.017
“Advertisement” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1969(Added to NRS by 1969, 354)
“Advertisement” means all representations, other than those on the label, disseminated in any manner or by any means, relating to seed within the scope of NRS 587.015 to 587.123, inclusive.
