“Producer” defined

Effective Oct 1, 2013[24:387:1955]—(NRS A 2013, 609)

1. “Producer” means any person who produces fluid milk from five or more lactating mammals in conformity with the applicable health regulations of the place in which it is sold.
2. “Producer” includes any association of producers.
