Nev. Rev. Stat. § 583.251
Except as otherwise provided by an order issued by the State Quarantine Officer pursuant to NRS 583.135, any person who violates any of the provisions of NRS 583.211 to 583.251, inclusive, is subject to a civil penalty pursuant to NRS 583.700.
