The State Quarantine Officer may adopt such regulations as he or she deems necessary for carrying out the provisions of NRS 583.211 to 583.251, inclusive, and NRS 583.135 relating to the circumstances in which the State Quarantine Officer may order the temporary suspension of the provisions of NRS 583.110 to 583.251, inclusive, and requirements for the temporary suspension.
