The State Quarantine Officer shall:

1. 1. Enforce the provisions of NRS 583.110 to 583.210, inclusive.
2. 2. Make and fix grades and standards for eggs.
3. 3. Make such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the enforcement of NRS 583.110 to 583.210, inclusive.
