Nev. Rev. Stat. § 569.0085

“Livestock” defined

Effective Oct 1, 2025(Added to NRS by 2003, 2152; A 2025, 1365)

“Livestock” means:

1. All cattle or animals of the bovine species;
2. All horses, mules, burros and asses or animals of the equine species;
3. All swine or animals of the porcine species;
4. All goats or animals of the caprine species;
5. All sheep or animals of the ovine species; and
6. All poultry or domesticated fowl or birds.
