1. 1. The members of the Board may meet at such times and at such places as may be specified by the call of the Chair or a majority of the Board, and a meeting of the Board may be held regularly at least once every 3 months. In case of an emergency, special meetings may be called by the Chair or by the Director.
2. 2. Seven members of the Board constitute a quorum. A quorum may exercise all the authority conferred on the Board.
3. 3. Minutes and audio recordings or transcripts of each meeting, regular or special, must be filed with the Department and, except as otherwise provided in NRS 241.035, are public records. A copy of the minutes or audio recordings must be made available to a member of the public upon request at no charge pursuant to NRS 241.035.
