Nev. Rev. Stat. § 561.035 – Creation of Department; composition of Department; administration of chapter by Department

1. The State Department of Agriculture is hereby created, consisting of:
1. (a) The Division of Administrative Services;
2. (b) The Division of Animal Industry;
3. (c) The Division of Food and Nutrition;
4. (d) The Division of Measurement Standards; and
5. (e) The Division of Plant Health and Compliance.
2. The administration of the provisions of this chapter is vested in the Department.
