Nev. Rev. Stat. § 63.040

“Gift account” defined

Effective Oct 1, 2003(Added to NRS by 2003, 1095)

1. “Gift account” means a gift account established for a facility in the Department of Human Services’ Gift Fund.
2. The term includes the gift accounts established for the Nevada Youth Training Center and for the Caliente Youth Center.
