NRS 62F.350. Limitation on referring certain matters to juvenile judicial officer [Effective July 1, 2026.]

1. 1. The juvenile court may not refer to a juvenile judicial officer any finding, determination or other act required to be made or performed by the juvenile court pursuant to NRS 62F.320 and 62F.340.
2. 2. As used in this section, “juvenile judicial officer” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 62A.185.
