Prohibition against synthetic cannabinoid
Effective Oct 1, 2021

1. A grower or producer shall not produce, distribute, sell in or offer to sell in this State any synthetic cannabinoid.
2. As used in this section, “synthetic cannabinoid” has the meaning ascribed to it in
NRS 678A.239
