Deposit of gifts or grants of money into Garlic and Onion Research and Promotion Account
Effective Oct 1, 2017(Added to NRS by 1995, 1599; A 2017, 146)
All gifts or grants of money received pursuant to this chapter must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Garlic and Onion Research and Promotion Account.
