Nev. Rev. Stat. § 551.007 – “Department” defined

NRS 551.007. “Department” defined [Effective on the date the agreement between the Administrator of the Division of State Lands of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Washoe County required pursuant to section 11 of chapter 125, Statutes of Nevada 2025, p. 697, takes effect.]

“Department” means the State Department of Agriculture.
