NRS 551.005. Definitions [Effective on the date the agreement between the Administrator of the Division of State Lands of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Washoe County required pursuant to section 11 of chapter 125, Statutes of Nevada 2025, p. 697, takes effect.]

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 551.007 to 551.008 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
