Flood Control Account: Creation; money in Account does not lapse
Effective Oct 1, 1991(Added to NRS by 1959, 165; A 1979, 116; 1991, 1786)
The Flood Control Account is hereby created in the State General Fund. Money in the Flood Control Account does not lapse at the end of any fiscal year.
