As used in this chapter:

1. 1. “Chief” means the Chief of the Section.
2. 2. “Department” means the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
3. 3. “Division” means the Division of Water Resources of the Department.
4. 4. “Section” means the Water Planning Section of the Division.
