NRS 538.270. “Commission” defined [Effective until the effective date of the California-Nevada Interstate Compact (NRS 538.600).]

As used in NRS 538.270 to 538.410, inclusive, “Commission” means the California-Nevada Interstate Compact Commission of the State of Nevada.
