The Commission may:
- 1. Hold hearings.
- 2. Receive and hear objections filed to the granting of contracts after advertisement.
- 3. Require the attendance of witnesses.
- 4. Take testimony whenever it deems it necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 538.041 to 538.251, inclusive.
