Any logging permit may be suspended or revoked for any of the following reasons:
1. Failure to comply with:
- (a) The forest practice rules or regulations;
- (b) The conditions of the permit;
- (c) The original logging plan; or
- (d) Any accepted alternate logging plan.
- 2. Refusal to allow any inspection by the State Forester Firewarden or the agent of the State Forester Firewarden.
- 3. Inadequate performance bond.
- 4. Operating ground-based equipment on saturated soil.
