Administration by State Forester Firewarden
Effective Oct 1, 1977[4:355:1955]—(NRS A 1971, 1449; 1977, 1169)
The State Forester Firewarden shall administer the provisions of NRS 528.010 to 528.090, inclusive, and may exercise all powers necessary to accomplish their purposes and intent.
