Nev. Rev. Stat. § 513.160 – Designation of representative

In accordance with Article V of the Interstate Mining Compact enacted pursuant to NRS 513.150, the Governor may designate a representative to serve as the alternate of the Governor to the Interstate Mining Compact and on the Interstate Mining Commission.
